  22. True at least in California, where it's about to take a big bump up
  23. in cost.  Big enough that I'm now glad I didn't get it - frame relay
  24. is going to be the cheapest way to go here (or just staying with 28.8
  25. modems).

  28. unmetered, and runs on the same wires....
